What power source does it need?
The ONYX Fusion plugs into any standard 110–120V household outlet (US/Canada). Low energy consumption, no special electrical setup required.
What is your return policy?
Every ONYX product comes with a full 30-day trial starting the day you receive it. If it's not for you, return it in the original packaging (return shipping paid by you) — just keep your tracking info as proof of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Your order ships within 2–4 business days, and transit typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your panel leaves our warehouse.
I entered the wrong shipping address. How do I fix it?
